We recently updated our JSS from 8.73 > 9.22 & on the whole it’s been a non-event.

If you don’t want to run the package, click the grey X in the top right of the description Window pops up, carefully read it for information about installation requirements. Don't install apps unless you need them and know what they are. Find the application you want, select Install.On the right of the Self Service window, select a category (e.g.If it's not displaying, contact the Faculty/Staff Help Center, 41 to report that Self Service is not installed on your university Mac. Go to Applications and scroll down and select Self Service.app.Quit any running applications and don't do any work on the Mac until installations.The lid disconnects the network and installations fail.
